This is an agreement for the deposit and purchase of a Boston Terrier puppy. The price of this puppy will be
$________ {$500 for traditional colors of black, brindle, seal, or black brindle and white or $600 for Splash (white)}.
This puppy will have full/limited AKC/CKC registration (circle appropriate choices). The puppy will also have first shots,
deworming, vet check, dew claws removed, and a 24 month health guarantee. By signing this contract, the buyer is
agreeing to the terms of this contract.
I, ____________________________________ (buyer) am paying a $150 non refundable deposit to hold my choice of
a male/female (circle one) Boston Terrier puppy. This deposit is only refundable if there is no puppy available of the sex
that I have indicated as my preference, unless I later decide to choose an available puppy of the opposite sex or choose
to wait for another litter; or if the puppy that I choose has any health concerns between birth and the initial vet check at
6 weeks of age. Upon the seller, Kristina Smart, receiving my deposit, I am guaranteed First/Second (circle one) choice
of the sex that I have indicated above, provided that my deposit is received before another interested party places a
deposit. (Please notify the seller when the deposit has been mailed as to allow for appropriate mailing time before
accepting other deposits). I understand that the seller has the first option to keep a puppy/puppies and I will have the
opportunity to pick from the remaining puppies. The seller agrees to not keep any puppy if it interferes with the number
of puppies that she has accepted deposits on of that sex. I will be emailed pictures of all angles of each puppy of the
appropriate sex that I may choose from and I agree to decide on my choice within 48 hours so that the seller can notify
other prospective buyers. I agree to pay the remaining balance of $______ when the puppy is ready for its new home.
I, Kristina Smart, agree that I will hold the above indicated choice/sex puppy for the above mentioned buyer. Any other
interested parties will be notified of the birth of the puppies, but not be given the opportunity to choose or place a
deposit on any puppy of that sex until the above buyer has notified myself of his/her decision.
This agreement is for the deposit toward the purchase of a Boston Terrier puppy resulting from a mating between
_______________ (sire) and _______________ (dam), with an expected due date of
_____________________________. The puppy should be ready to go to its new home at 7-8 weeks of age, at which
time the balance due is to be paid for the puppy.
*Buyers may take one of the following discounts off the purchase price of their new puppy:
$50 discount off for a repeat buyer or off one puppy if buying more than one puppy in this litter
$50 discount for a puppy paid in full at the time of deposit
If a discount is to be applied to the price of this puppy, the new price is $___________, resulting in a balance of
$__________ to be paid when the puppy goes to its new home (leave blank if it does not apply).
